TODAY IN CLASS
Special note to 3rd period re: Tuesday: you DO come to 3rd period first and wait for either announcements or iVision, whichever we have. Then you leave all your stuff in the room when you go to the senior meeting.
We mostly finished talking over the first set of discussion questions in all classes (the ones labeled "individual", and in 3rd we made some headway into the second set, the ones you did all or mostly in groups (the ones covering Ch. 15-19.
Keep on keeping these . . .
FOR TUESDAY
I did not assign more reading, partly because I actually thought I had assigned at least through 22. I had not--the last required chapter had been 21.
However, if you want to maximize your time in class tomorrow, go ahead and read 22-23 at home tonight. The world will not come to an end if you don't.
LOOKING AHEAD--
There will be quiz on Thursday over the Prologue through Ch. 23 of Beowulf. We will have a few minutes to go over some problem areas before the quiz, and there will be some elements of 20-23 that we will probably revisit later for deeper meanings. But you should certainly know "what happens" in these chapters for Thursday's quiz.
